ugh so just workedout.. well my version of working out… lol. i sooo didnt wanna workout today but i have to do it sometime right? .. so yeah it was pretty good i guess.
today i had made a zero calorie lemon slush. it was really good. and then i ate some chocolate covered cappucino beans.. not alot though. but surprisingly that filled me up.
for lunch i just cooked like a hand full of pea pods on the stove.. no butter or anything. ate those with a little salt on them. you would think that that would be completely disgusting but i actually really love those. it was really good. im gonna buy like a giant bag of them.
thats all i’ve eaten for the whole day so far. i’ve only been drinking smart water, which is good.
it’s 6:36.. sitting here listening to the justin bieber album…lol.. im gonna go take a shower, put my pajamas on & probably watch tv. im really tired. buuuuuuut anyway yeah. my day has been boring as hell :/ ugh.

100 sit-ups..
20 lunges..
did the wall sitting thing for like 60 seconds..
im EXTREMELY suprised of the outcome today because im probably the world’s biggest procrastinator..forreal.. and i really hate going outside and sweating. lol, but i did it! (: im proud of myself.. this is the first time ive ever done an actual workout..so honestly if i can do it..anyone can do it.
the crunches & sit-ups weren’t even that bad either..shocker..yeah.
but ummm.. i feel extremely nasty & sweaty so im about to go take a cold shower.. then go back in my room & watch teen wolf & let it shine until i fall asleep.
all i’ve eaten so far was a pear fruit cup that equals 70 calories so far.. im not that hungry :/ drank some water too…… im gonna drink ONLY water from this day on..well atleast try, with the exception of like 2 glasses of tea if i want some.
ive been trying to stick to the abc diet but i kept slipping so today im restarting brand new so today is only 500 calories total..
im gonna probably upload some pictures every time i workout + every friday just for my own tracking of my progression and see if its actually doing anything. and i NEED to buy a scale like why tf dont i have one…. -____- but i guess until i actually buy one ill just check my progression by the pictures and my jean size for now.
